Shipping is free on orders of 750 TL and above; below that it is 79.90 TL. There is no extra charge for heavy items like food and litter.

Orders placed by 15:00 ship the same day. Delivery is usually next day within Istanbul and 1–3 business days elsewhere. The tracking number is emailed to you.

Pay by credit or debit card through PayTR’s secure checkout, or by bank transfer. Up to 6 instalments are available on credit cards.

You can return within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats and litter cannot be returned; unopened items and accessories can.

Switch over 7–10 days: 25% new food for the first three days, half and half for the next three, then 75% new. If stools or appetite are off for more than two days, consult your vet.

Message us on WhatsApp with your pet’s age, weight, whether neutered and any sensitivities; we will suggest two or three options with prices. We can also give samples in the shop.

A bath and blow-dry takes 45–75 minutes; a haircut and scissor trim 90–150 minutes depending on the breed. We call you when it’s done; tea and coffee are on us if you wait.

Yes. We accept pets with up-to-date combination and rabies vaccines; just bring the vaccination card. For puppies and kittens not yet fully vaccinated, we can do nail care.

Of course. We book shy pets at quiet times and never groom two at once. For the first visit you can book a short brush-and-meet appointment.

No, we never use medication in the salon. Cats are groomed one at a time in a separate quiet room. For very heavy matting, we suggest planning with our vet.

Yes, adoption is free. Pets are vaccinated, treated for parasites and neutered by the shelter and our volunteers. You are welcome to donate food to the shelter.

You fill in the application, we call to plan a meeting. After meeting at the shop or the shelter, an adoption agreement is signed and we follow the first month of settling in together.

The first weeks are an adjustment for everyone; our volunteer trainers support you by phone. If you decide you cannot live together, never abandon the pet — bring them back to us.

Yes. Write “Pick up in store” in the checkout note; we will text you when it’s ready. Our shop in Moda is open Monday–Saturday 09:00–20:00.
